There is a nice, big bathroom, equipped with a comfy bathtub. There is also a large kitchen, and an open-plan Lounge-Dining room. The Lounge has two very comfortable sofas and a TV, while in the Dining room you can find a beautiful dining table, which perfectly satisfies its purpose. There is a big fridge/freezer and well maintained appliances. There is also a spacious garden, which is maintained regularly. All bills included in the rent, which also includes unlimited and superfast 5 GHz Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a professional cleaner once a week to clean the common areas, so you don't have to trouble yourself with calculating the bill-share and there are no additional hidden fees either. The house is situated in a great location: The University, the Hospital, the Research Park and a big Tesco are all just 10 mins walk away, and there are also a local shop, Post Office and GP available just off the corner within 5 mins walk. The City Centre and the Station are just 20 mins away by bus, with the bus stop being situated almost at the house door (only 2 mins away). There is a frequent bus service, which connects to the city and is run up to every 8 mins.
